🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

At Boho Babes Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns for unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with tags attached.

📅 Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. After this window, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available). To request an exchange, email us at bohobabesboutique@myyahoo.com within the return window.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)
• Gift cards
• Intimate apparel (earrings, swimwear, undergarments, hair accessories, or hair tools)
• Custom or personalized items

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
